Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $18.90/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Develop and implement efficient procedures to ensure daily operations run smoothly and service timelines are consistently met

·         Oversee and coordinate kitchen and service staff to ensure food is prepared and portioned according to company standards

·         Provide on the job training to employees on operational tasks, food safety regulations, and workplace hygiene practices

·         Monitor food quality and customer service to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines

·         Keep accurate records of inventory levels, equipment maintenance, sales performance, and product waste

·         Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain service satisfaction

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
