Overview
Job title: In-home caregiver.
Terms of employment: This job is for a full-time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible hours are required. English or French. Job start date is November 1, 2026
Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $21 per hour.
Location: AsRe… lives in Beaconsfield, Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by (bus #206 or #468). The major intersection is Saint-Charles boul. and Avenue du Souvenir.
Duties may include:
1- This job is to help with the care of two children ages 5 and 4 years old young. The younger child suffers from a chronic medical condition and requires special care and attention.
2- Help with supervision of children, especially when parents are not at home. Take the child to and from appointments
3- Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise
4- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
5- Bathe children as needed
6- General housework that will include doing, laundry and some ironing.
7- Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment
Qualifications:
1- Must have completed at minimum Canadian secondary school education
2- Must have at least one year of work-related experience as a caregiver or equivalent training
3- Must be dependable, hardworking, independent, patient, and able to manage the job without supervision.
