Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals as per order
Prepare and cook as per specific dietitian/allergy instruction
Transfer skills to kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations for opening and closing as required
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment with first in first out inventory system
Clean kitchen and work area to adhere to safe food handling procedures
Assist in other areas if needed to help the team
May train kitchen staff
Keep up to and enforce brand standards and our best practices
