Job Duties:
– Prepare and organize the setup for daily service
– Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and company standards
– Plate and serve food during regular service and special events
– Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen equipment
– Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
– Assist with receiving and storing food products
– Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods and catered events
Work Hours Per Week: 40 hours per Week
Wage: $21 per hour ($31.5 per hour after 44 hours per week or 8 hours per day)
Contract duration: Permanent Continuous Full Time, Non-Seasonal
Language of work: English
Benefits: Gratuities, Vacation Pay paid according to Alberta employment standards, Group Benefits – Life Insurance, Health & Dental Benefits & Paramedical Services available after 3 months. Employees are required to pay 50% of their coverage; deducted from their bi-weekly wages.

Education Required: Completion of Secondary (High) school
Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of Cooking Experience
