Overview

A busy professional family in Montréal is seeking a caregiver to look after their three young children. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing nutritious meals and performing light housekeeping duties related to the children. This is a full-time position for a period of 24 months, consisting of 32 hours per week over five days. The anticipated schedule is Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Tuesday to Friday from either 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary: $36 per hour. Two days off per week, generally Saturday and Sunday. Some flexibility is required depending on the employers’ needs and work schedules. The caregiver may have to take care of the house and take care of the children in the absence of the parents. Languages: French or English.

General High school diploma – Completed

*Experience related to employment:

1-2 Years of experience with children or equivalent experience, either through work or studies as a teacher, nurse, midwife, or psychologist is required.
