Authentic Mexican Cook

El Mariachi Authentic Mexican Food Corp has 1 available full time permanent positions available of “Authentic Mexican Restaurant Cook” in Edmonton, Alberta. Wage will begin at $36.50 per hour. Minimum of two years of Authentic Mexican Restaurant Cooking experience is required.

Employment consists of but are not limited to:

Prepare and cook complete and authentic Mexican meals, individual dishes and foods
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work area
Oversee menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies from various Mexican food suppliers
Train additional kitchen staff
