Job title: Lash and Brow Technician (NOC 63211)

Employer: BrianBrows Beauty Spa & Academy

Work location: Onsite, 250 Welton St, Grand Lake Road, NS B1P 5S2

Job Type: Permanent full time, evening and weekend availability required

Salary: $20 – $23 per hour (to be negotiated); 30 – 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

–              Conduct client consultation to determine suitable treatment/designs based on individual needs

–              Perform customized eyelash and eyebrow designs including

o   Eyebrow tinting

o   Eyebrow threading

o   Eyelash extensions

–              Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and infection control standards

–              Educate clients on proper aftercare

–              Ensure treatment room and equipment are clean, organized and fully stocked

–              Build and maintain client relationships

–              Maintain accurate client records including scheduling and confirming appointments

Requirement:

–              Eligible to work in Canada

–              English proficiency is required

–              Completion of high school and/or relevant training courses

–              1-2 year of working experience in the field

–              Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high -quality of service

–              Ability to work independently and as part of a team

–              Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

–              Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to beauty services
