Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $20.50-$21.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 817 Government St, Victoria, BC V8W 1W8

Job Duties:

·         Lead espresso bar operations to manage shift workflow and customer service

·         Coordinate staff schedules to optimize floor coverage and costs

·         Train baristas on extraction, milk texturing, grinder calibration, and safety protocols

·         Ensure recipe parameters for espresso blends, food, and beverage presentation

·         Monitor inventory of beans, milks, and pastries to track stock and wastage

·         Maintain logs for cash drawers, sales tracking, and espresso machine maintenance

·         Resolve customer complaints and communicate tasting profiles to guests

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 2-3 years of food service experience with supervisory duties is required
