Job Title: Cook

Position Available: 1

Wage: $23 per hour

Work Condition: 33 hours per week (Full-time, Permanent)

Vacation: 4% of gross salary

Work Location: 895 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V8

 

Job Duties:

– Plan, prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese meals (donburi, sushi, udon, etc.), including dishes for customers with food allergies

– Monitor food inventory and order supplies if necessary.

– Ensure the kitchen, food storage areas, and equipment are kept clean and sanitary

– Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

– Assist other cooks and perform related work as required

 

Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience

– Completion of Secondary School

– Language: English is required
