Position: Restaurant Manager
Working hours: Permanent, full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Wage: CAD $37.00-$39.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient service and smooth coordination among the dining, kitchen and service areas
• Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including supervisors, servers, and kitchen personnel. Monitor staff performance and coordinate daily workflows to maintain high standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns and address any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial data, manage budgets, and set pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance brand visibility. Coordinate promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Establish and uphold quality standards for food, presentation, and service.
Qualifications:
1. Completion of secondary education is required.
2. Completion of a college program in hospitality, business management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in food or restaurant service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
OR
If you do not have education in a relevant discipline, we require at least 4–5 years of experience in food or restaurant service, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Must be able to communicate in English.
