This Opportunity:

Subway is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada. Subway is looking to hire a permanent full-time Food Service Supervisor who is passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations through supervision and upper management coordination. The ideal candidate will:

•    Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

•    Establish methods to meet work schedules.

•    Requisition food and kitchen supplies.

•    Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

•    Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

•    Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

•    Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

•    Prepare and submit reports.

•    Establish work schedules.

Skills Requirements:

•    Completion of secondary school

•    Minimum 1 year of experience.
