Work Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience or 3 year of experience in food industry

 

Job Duties:

Work with team in professional manner
Create and keep work schedules·
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food·
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures·
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies·
Ensure food service and quality control·
Address customers’ complaints or concerns·
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage·
Prepare and submit reports·
Establish work schedules
Assist in the management of specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed as designated by written schedule through proper job assignment, break rotation and delegation of tasks during peak and non peak periods.
