Job Duties:
🌱 Mow lawns, trim edges, and complete grass cutting to maintain a clean, professional appearance on client properties.
🔧 Operate and care for lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and related tools.
🚦 Follow safe work practices while working around vehicles, pedestrians, slopes, and changing outdoor conditions.
🧹 Perform general grounds maintenance tasks including debris removal, cleanup, and site tidying.
🤝 Work with experienced crew members to learn proper lawn care techniques and help transfer skills to new team members.
📋 Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily routes and seasonal assignments.
👀 Inspect turf and work areas for missed spots, hazards, or issues that need attention before leaving a site.
💬 Communicate politely with supervisors, coworkers, and customers to support efficient service delivery.
💪 Other duties as required to ensure the job is completed safely and people are trained properly.

Job Requirements:
🌾 at least 1 year of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is required
💪 Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
🔧 Comfort using or learning to use common grass cutting and grounds maintenance equipment safely.
🚗 Reliable transportation to the workplace in Carp, Ontario, or ability to report as scheduled.
🤝 Willingness to work as part of a crew and support training of newer workers.
👀 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
🕒 Availability to work seasonally from May through August for approximately 120 days.
