Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Shift work, including weekends
Wage: $22.00/hr

Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Good command of English
- Strong customer service skills
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience, including supervisory experience in a retail environment
Main duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales employees.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sell merchandise and provide product recommendations.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor inventory levels, and place merchandise orders as required.
- Authorize merchandise returns in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
