Babysitter/Nanny Position – Binbrook, ON
We are seeking a caring, responsible, and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare in a safe and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate is dedicated to fostering a positive atmosphere, ensuring children’s safety, and supporting their developmental needs.
Location: Binbrook, ON (L0R 1C0)
Salary: $20–$22 per hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Children’s Ages: 2 years old and 5 years old
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and monitor children’s activities to ensure their safety and well-being
· Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals and snacks
· Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and nap times
· Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, play, and creative projects
· Change diapers and support toilet training as guided by parents
· Maintain a clean and organized environment through light housekeeping duties
· Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
· Travel with the family when required and assist with childcare and housekeeping
· Provide care for family pets
· Follow parents’ preferred discipline methods
· Transport children to and from school, appointments, and activities
Requirements:
· Previous experience caring for infants, toddlers, or young children preferred
· Knowledge of childcare best practices and safety protocols
· Ability to prepare healthy meals
· Valid CPR and First Aid certification
· Valid driver’s licence
· Must be comfortable driving (vehicle provided; no public transit access)
· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and have a valid SIN
