My Calgary Plumber is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, scheduling, customer calls, and paperwork. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Tasks
– Coordinate the flow of information within the team
– Evaluate daily operations
– Open and distribute mail and other materials
– Supervise other workers
– Establish and implement policies and procedures
– Train other workers
– Determine and establish office procedures and routines
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
– Answer electronic enquiries
– Compile data, statistics and other information
– Oversee the preparation of reports
– Respond to employee questions and complaints
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
– Perform data entry
– Provide customer service
– Maintain and manage digital database
– Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
– Conduct performance reviews
Experienced in supervising teams of 3–4 people, with strong computer and technology knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office. Skilled in handling correspondence.
Able to work independently in fast-paced environments, under pressure, and with tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Highly organized, reliable, and accurate, with strong multitasking, time-management, and oral communication skills. Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, client focus, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high-quality work.
