Position Info:

·         Position: Light Duty Cleaner

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $22.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 548 Hwy 93/95, Invermere, BC V0A 1K2

Benefits:

·         4 % vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Scrub, mop, and buff floor surfaces throughout the store to keep them clean and safe

·         Operate a vacuum on carpeted areas and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris

·         Collect and dispose of trash and litter from bins and store areas

·         Disinfect washroom fixtures, sinks, and surfaces on a regular schedule

·         Wash windows, walls, and ceiling surfaces to remove dust, grime, and marks

·         Wipe down display shelves, fixtures, and product racks to keep merchandise areas presentable

·         Restock and track cleaning supplies to ensure adequate levels are on hand

·         Log and turn in lost and found items to the designated supervisor

·         Tidy common areas and carry out general upkeep tasks throughout shifts

·         Address spills and hazards promptly to maintain a safe shopping environment

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: Experience is an asset
