Position Info:

· Position: Restaurant Manager

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $39.00/hour

· Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

· Number of Positions: 1

· Work Location: 11156 84 Avenue, Delta, BC V4C 2L7

Job Duties:

· Oversee and coordinate the restaurant’s daily operations, including dine-in, takeout and delivery services, to maintain efficient and consistent service

· Review sales, operating expenses and labour requirements, and adjust staffing and operational priorities to help control costs and improve profitability

· Prepare staff schedules and assign duties according to business volume, employee availability and operational needs

· Supervise, train and evaluate kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure service standards, food quality and workplace procedures are consistently followed

· Participate in recruiting restaurant staff, assess employee performance and address performance or operational issues as required

· Monitor food, beverage, packaging and restaurant supply inventories, arrange replenishment and work with suppliers to maintain appropriate stock levels and costs

· Review menu and product costs and recommend pricing or operational adjustments based on ingredient costs, sales performance and restaurant expenses

· Establish and implement restaurant service procedures and operational standards to improve workflow, order accuracy and customer experience

· Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and applicable liquor service requirements

· Review cash and sales records, reconcile daily transactions and investigate discrepancies when required

· Respond to customer concerns and service issues and take appropriate action to maintain customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

· Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required

· Language: English
