Position Info:

·         Position: General Store Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $45.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain high service quality across all depot functions

·         Organize shift schedules, delegate daily tasks, and guide team members to ensure overall productivity

·         Lead the recruitment and training of store staff while enforcing workplace health and safety guidelines

·         Manage operational budgets, track daily financial performance, and approve store expenditures

·         Analyze local processing trends and customer flow to continuously adjust operational capacity

·         Coordinate the intake, sorting, and timely shipment of collected materials

·         Assess store equipment needs, monitor supply levels, and arrange necessary maintenance or acquisitions

·         Implement deposit refund policies, pricing structures, and customer service guidelines

·         Address escalated customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and work with external suppliers and partners

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail, depot, or general operations is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
