Job Duties:

·         Analyze operational budgets and financial performance to maximize store profitability

·         Establish comprehensive budgets for food, beverage, inventory, and operational supplies

·         Plan and direct overall restaurant operations to ensure maximum workflow efficiency

·         Negotiate pricing and supply contracts with food and beverage vendors to control costs

·         Monitor daily revenue streams to adjust labor targets and control labor expenditure

·         Oversee recruitment and onboarding to maintain appropriate restaurant staffing levels

·         Execute daily financial reconciliation, manage cash flows, and oversee profit-and-loss reporting

·         Ensure full compliance with provincial liquor licensing laws and alcohol service standards

·         Enforce strict health, occupational safety, and food sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

·         Execute localized marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to expand the customer base

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
