Salary $30.00 to $36.00 per hour (Negotiable) / 30 to 40 hours per week

On-site: The work must be performed in person. There is no possibility of working remotely.

Tasks

Manage and control daily operations

Evaluate daily operations

Plan and organize daily operations

Manage staff and assign duties

Review market research and consumer trends to determine demand, potential sales volume, and the impact of competition on sales

Determine products and services to be sold

Identify, select, and procure merchandise for resale

Develop and direct marketing strategies

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Determine staffing requirements

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Supervise payroll administration

Conduct performance reviews
