Position Info:

Job Duties:

·         Prepare and oversee restaurant budgets, ensuring that operating expenses remain within established financial targets.

·         Review financial results and identify opportunities to improve profitability through effective cost management.

·         Track restaurant sales and labour expenses to maintain efficient staffing expenditures and support revenue targets.

·         Establish food and beverage cost budgets and review menu pricing to maintain appropriate profit margins.

·         Negotiate pricing and purchasing agreements with food and beverage suppliers to obtain competitive rates and consistent product quality.

·         Oversee cash reconciliation and review daily sales reports to ensure accurate financial records.

·         Develop and support promotional initiatives to attract hotel guests and increase restaurant sales.

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of a college program related to hospitality management is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of middle-management experience in food service industry is required
