Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $40.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 280 Guelph Street, Suite FC6, Georgetown, Ontario L7G 4B1

Benefits:

·         4 % vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating kitchen and front of house workflow to maintain consistent service

·         Manage the operating budget, allocating costs for food, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies to support profitability

·         Track revenue figures to control labour costs and adjust staffing levels

·         Hire and schedule staff for kitchen and front of house positions based on operational needs

·         Lead staff through daily service, assessing performance and providing direction during shifts

·         Instruct staff on service standards, food handling and safety procedures

·         Establish service offerings and implement operational procedures for the location

·         Uphold health and safety regulations across all restaurant activities

·         Arrange supplier contracts and coordinate client bookings for catering inquiries

·         Resolve customer complaints and concerns to maintain satisfaction

Job Requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 5 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry is preferred
