Specific Skills

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of restaurant.

·         Recruit and train staff in job duties and health & safety procedures as per regulations.

·         Supervise, direct, and prepare work schedules of staff and monitor & evaluate staff performance.

·         Control inventory and manage cost, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices accordingly.

·         Participate in creation of marketing plans and implementation of the same.

·         Develop, implement and analyze budgets and approve expenditures.

·         Address staff & customers complaints and concerns to improve overall service & customer satisfaction.

·         Organized supplies and troubleshoot equipment for smooth business operations.

·         Collaborate with the management to identify deficiencies & opportunities and improve strategies.
