Position Info:

·         Wage: $20.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Prepare, season, and cook full meals and individual menu items according to standard quality guidelines and customer orders

·         Modify meal preparations and cook specialized dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and specific customer preferences

·         Check kitchen condition and food display/service areas regularly to maintain a clean cooking environment

·         Measure and portion food ingredients according to standard menu specifications to maintain consistency

·         Assist in tracking kitchen stock, logging material usage, and reporting required supplies to the chef

·         Wash and organize all prep counters, cooking appliances, utensils, and work surfaces before and after service

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
