Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $22.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Direct daily retail operations and oversee frontline sales staff

·         Delegate work assignments and establish weekly employee work schedules

·         Participate in recruitment and lead the training and onboarding of team members

·         Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and coordinate merchandise purchasing

·         Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and solve operational or stock shortages

·         Review and approve product exchanges, returns, and customer refunds

·         Process transactions, sell items, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

·         Generate performance and administrative reports covering sales trends, stock control, and staffing

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail sales or a related field is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
