Overview

Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Assistant

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.21~$30.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 549 Howe Street, Suite 900, Vancouver, BC V6C 2C2

Job Duties:

·         Respond to incoming calls and electronic inquiries

·         Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and arrange meetings

·         Open and distribute incoming mail and emails and coordinate the flow of information

·         Order office supplies and maintain inventory

·         Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

·         Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, reports and related material

·         Compile data, statistics, and other information

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
