Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $29.00~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 10-4890 Rutherford Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 4Z4

Job Duties:

·         Manage and assess the overall functioning of restaurant operations, ensuring management of food and beverage services

·         Determine the variety of services to be provided and establish the corresponding operational guidelines and procedures

·         Arrange agreements with suppliers to procure food and other necessary supplies

·         Recruit staff and oversee staff training

·         Develop and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staff performance and operational efficiency

·         Keep track of inventory levels and revenue, making necessary adjustments if needed

·         Address customer complaints and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
