Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 10-4890 Rutherford Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 4Z4

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook cold and hot foods by utilizing standardized recipes
- Ensure and maintain that the food prep area and kitchen are clean and sanitized
- Ensure the production of high-quality merchandise
- Maintain accurate food inventories and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Order kitchen supplies and ingredients when required
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May hire and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
- Language: English
