Position Info:

·         Position: Cook

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $15~$17.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  2

·         Work Location: 202 – 1133 4th Street, Estevan, SK S4A 0W6

Job Duties:

·         Plan menus, determine portion sizes, estimate food requirements and expenses
·         Prepare and cook complete meals or specific dishes and ingredients
·         Maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory
·         Keep track of kitchen supplies and place orders if necessary
·         Oversee kitchen operations
·         Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food preparation areas
·         May participate in recruiting and training kitchen staff

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
