Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $15.00~$17.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

·         Establish work schedules and protocols

·         Supervise food service staff to ensure proper food preparation and portioning

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage

·         Ensure that both food and service adhere to quality control standards

·         Handle customer complaints or issues

·         Train food service staff in their duties, sanitation practices, and safety protocols

 

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation is required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
