Position Info:

·         Wage: $22.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·         Organize daily food service activities to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently during scheduled operating hours

·         Supervise and coordinate staff involved in preparing, portioning and serving food

·         Prepare staff schedules and assign duties based on operational needs and expected customer volume

·         Train employees on job procedures, food handling, sanitation and workplace safety requirements

·         Monitor food preparation and customer service to maintain consistent quality and service standards

·         Estimate food, ingredient and supply requirements and arrange for necessary kitchen supplies to be ordered

·         Maintain records related to inventory, sales, equipment repairs and food waste

·         Respond to customer concerns and assist in resolving service or food-related issues

·         Coordinate staff activities during busy service periods to ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer order

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
