Job Duties:

·         Prepare and cook a full range of complete meals and individual menu items to consistent standards

·         Safely accommodate guest dietary requirements by modifying recipes and preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or sensitivities

·         Inspect kitchen workstations and food handling areas regularly to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene guidelines

·         Monitor daily stock levels to order necessary kitchen ingredients and essential operational supplies on time

·         Keep detailed records of kitchen inventory, stock utilization, and equipment maintenance

·         Maintain clean and organized food prep stations, cooking equipment, and general kitchen work environments

·         Control portion sizes to maintain consistent food presentation and prevent unnecessary food waste

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
