- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook entire meals or specific menu items
- Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies, and equipment
- Schedule and supervise the activities of the kitchen assistant
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Order food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and equipment when required
- Ensure and inspect kitchen, food storage, and food prep areas are clean and sanitized
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, and estimate food requirements and cost
- Recruit and train new kitchen assistants in food preparation, cooking, and usage of kitchen equipment
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
- Language: English
