Position Info:

·         Position: Baker

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $19.00~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  3

·         Work Location: 1-15578 24 Avenue, Surrey, BC V4A 2J5

 

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

·         Bake mixed dough and batters

·         Measure and combine ingredients and prepare the dough for pies and batters for muffins and cookies

·         Organize and keep track of inventory such as baking supplies and ingredients

·         Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure products are baked in a clean area

·         Operate machinery

·         Ensure baked goods meet food safety and quality controls

·         Write a production schedule and order list

 

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience are required.

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
