Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $38.00 per hour, 40 hours/week
4% vacation pay, paid statutory holidays

Job Duties:
As a Nail Salon Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations and activities of at least 11-15 nail and lash technicians
Schedule and assign work shifts to staff, ensuring optimal coverage
Train new employees on salon protocols, hygiene standards, and customer service
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, address complaints and resolve issues professionally
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon
Order supplies and maintain inventory of nail care products and tools
Recommend service improvements and promotions to management
Prepare work reports and assist with staff performance reviews
Assist with nail and beauty services as needed (e.g., manicure, pedicure, waxing, eyelash extension)

Employment Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in nail care or beauty salon
Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and lead a small team
