Position Info:

·        Position: First Cook

·        Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·        Wage: $24.00~$25.00/hour (depending on experience)

·        Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

·        Number of Positions:  1

·        Work Location: #106 3016 Merchant Way, Langford, BC V9B 0X1

Job Duties:

·        Prepare and cook entire meals or specific food items

·        Order kitchen supplies and equipment

·        Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·        Always keep kitchen and work area clean

·        Plan menus and determine size of food portions

·        Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff and helpers

·        Involve in recruitment, training of new kitchen staff

 

Job requirements:

·        Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required

·        Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·        Language: English
