Working Conditions:

-Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

-Wage: $22.00 per hour

-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation

Your job duties will be:

·         Prepare and cook Japanese menu items including Katsu, Udon, Donburi, and etc.

·         Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.

·         Maintain food quality and food safety standards.

·         Keep the kitchen and work area clean and organized.

·         Monitor inventory and assist with food storage.

Uphold health and safety standards and regulations in the kitchen
·         Clean work area.

Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years of cook experience

– Completion of high school
– English
