Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $37.00-$38.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

Job Duties:

·         Direct all daily operations to ensure service efficiency and strong business performance

·         Create staff schedules and manage attendance

·         Manage inventory, ordering, expenses, and analyze sales to optimize financial results

·         Adjust pricing and operations swiftly to meet all targeted profitability goals

·         Negotiate with suppliers to secure products at competitive costs

·         Ensure prompt and effective resolution of all customer concerns

·         Enforce consistent execution of high service standards and operational protocols

·         Lead full cycle of staff management such as hiring, onboarding, and training

Job requirements:

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required

·         Language: English
