Position Info:

·   Position: Baker

·   Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·   Wage: $19.00/hour

·   Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:

·        Prepare a variety of doughs, batters, and frostings following specific recipes and custom orders.

·        Bake all items to consistent standards for color, texture, and flavor.

·        Decorate cakes and pastries with precision to meet the shop’s visual presentation standards.

·        Verify the quality and freshness of all finished products before they are served.

·        Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the kitchen fully stocked.

·        Display baked goods effectively to enhance visual appeal and sales.

 

Job requirements:

·        Language: English

·        Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·        Experience: 2-3 years of commercial baking experience are required
