Position Info:

·         Position: Retail Store Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $28.85~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week

·         Number of Positions: 1

·         Work Location: 114 1 Avenue North, Trochu, AB T0M 2C0

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff

·         Assign workers to duties and establish work schedules

·         Resolve issues that may occur, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

·         Maintain inventory and order merchandise

·         Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and merchandising

·         Involve in hiring and training new staff and monitor performance of staff

·         Sell and authorize return of merchandise

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
