Position Info:

·         Position: Administrative Officer

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $31.00/hour

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 6-1361 Border St, Winnipeg, MB R3H 1N0

Job Duties:

·         Develop and implement internal administrative procedures to support the company’s import export and wholesale trading operations

·         Oversee and coordinate day to day office administrative activities to ensure company policies procedures and deadlines are consistently followed

·         Establish work priorities and assign tasks to administrative staff to maintain efficient workflow and operational accuracy

·         Coordinate office services including equipment supplies record systems and facility related services to support ongoing business operations

·         Assist management in preparing operating budgets monitoring expenditures and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls

·         Compile analyze and maintain administrative and operational data and prepare periodic reports internal documents and business correspondence for management

·         Train and support administrative staff while addressing routine administrative issues to maintain an organized and compliant office environment

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in office administration is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
