Job Duties:

·         Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality of food and service

·         Assist in managing operational budgets and monitor food and beverage costs to support store profitability

·         Monitor daily revenues and assess labor costs to maintain balanced staffing budget

·         Oversee employee recruitment and conduct training programs for kitchen staff

·         Organize and manage weekly employee work schedules based on store operational needs

·         Coordinate with food and kitchen suppliers to secure quality ingredients and essential inventory at competitive prices

·         Enforce compliance with provincial health and food safety standards to maintain a safe working and dining environment

·         Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction

·         Maintain high customer service standards and foster a welcoming experience for guests

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in the food service sector is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
