to join us on the in-store management team. The successful candidate must have foodservice

management experience and be motivated, love ice cream, and be willing to have

FUN!

The Marble Slab experience starts with products made fresh in-store with Real Canadian

Dairy. We o!er more than 50 flavors of ice cream and 30 mixins – fruits, nuts, candies,

chocolates, and cookies.

We are looking for an upbeat, outgoing individual who will serve our ice cream treats and

provide exceptional customer service! We respect every employee’s voice and opinion, and

we understand that long-term success comes from building a strong, unified team who are

all on the same page and are working towards the same goals.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Customer Service. Prepare & serve our ice cream treats (cones, sundaes, cakes, milkshakes,

and smoothies).

Managing a team of ice cream scoopers/store employees. Tasks including but not limited

to; scheduling, performance reviews, training, and development.

Ensure that all production tasks for the store are taken care of in both a timely manner ensuring

that store inventory levels are met while safeguarding product quality, consistency

and food safety

Participate in the production of ice cream, cakes, cone making, baked goods and semi-prepared

items (fresh cut strawberries, brownies, cookie dough)

Ensure the store is being run both e”ciently and e!ectively, and the highest level of customer

service is being met

Ensure daily opening and closing lists are completed

Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklists

Ensure customer areas of the store are clean and organized at all times

Ensure production and service areas are cleaned and organized on a regular basis

Adhere to all safety and food safety protocols.
