Specific Skills
· Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate daily operations
· To supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule & monitor staff performance
· Recruit, train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures as per health and safety regulations.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns,
· Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
· To control inventory and managing cost of sales like food cost/paper cost etc.
· To organize supplies and equipment for smooth business operations.
· Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
· Participate in marketing plans and implementation
· Develop, Implement and Analyze budgets
· Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
· Collaborating with the management team to identify deficiencies and opportune ties, and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
