Position Info:

·         Position: Restaurant Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 38005 Cleveland Ave, Squamish, BC V8B 0C3

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Supervise and organize the overall operations of the restaurant

·         Determine the scope of services offered and implement efficient operational measures

·         Recruit and train staff to ensure high performance in accordance with company standards

·         Develop and manage staff schedules while monitoring productivity and overall work performance

·         Resolve customer complaints and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations

·         Track inventory and revenues, as well as adjust pricing and procedures as needed

·         Establish and negotiate agreements with suppliers to secure food and other supplies at competitive rates

Job requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service field including supervisory experience are required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
