Position Info:

·         Position: Food Service Supervisor

·         Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent

·         Wage: $21.00-$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 26-900 Gibsons Way, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V7

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

·         Direct the team during service to ensure prep and plating stay on track

·         Track inventory, equipment repairs, and daily waste to control costs

·         Order all food and kitchen supplies to keep the pantry stocked

·         Monitor that dishes and interactions meet the restaurant’s quality standards

·         Train and supervise staff in their daily tasks along with essential safety and cleaning rules

·         Recruit and hire for the service team

·         Handle customer issues or complaints to maintain customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

·         Language: English

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required
