About the Position
A.T. Your Service Interior Renovation Corp. is looking for a dedicated and dependable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team in Kanata, Ontario. The successful candidate will play an important role in overseeing building maintenance and renovation activities, supervising workers, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established standards.
This position is ideal for an organized and hands-on individual who has experience supervising workers and coordinating maintenance or renovation projects. The successful candidate must be able to provide clear direction to employees, coordinate daily activities, manage materials and supplies, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.

Salary: $37.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Day and Evening shifts

Job Requirements
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
or equivalent experience
Experience:
1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervise and coordinate renovation and repair workers
Schedule daily work and assign tasks
Oversee painting, drywall, flooring, tiling, plastering, roofing, and general renovation work
Coordinate work with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Resolve work-related problems and address delays or issues
Order materials, tools, and supplies
Train workers on job duties and safety procedures
Supervise helpers, labourers, and apprentices
Monitor work progress and prepare basic reports
Assist with renovation and repair work when needed
