Position Info:

·         Position: Guest Services Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1458 7 Avenue, Prince George, BC V2L 3P2

Benefits:

Job Duties:

·         Establish and evaluate operational policies and procedures that ensure high-quality services

·         Administer the department’s budget, tracking service-related revenues and expenditures

·         Support the development of guest service promotions and strategies to enhance the overall hotel experience

·         Oversee procurement negotiations for supplies necessary to deliver guest services

·         Recruit, train, and organize schedules for guest services staff, including housekeeping and concierge teams

·         Work directly with clients to plan use of hotel facilities for receptions, meetings, and special functions

·         Handle guest complaints and service concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in in the accommodation industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
