Position Info:

·         Position: Reservations Manager

·         Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

·         Wage: $34.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)

·         Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

·         Number of Positions:  1

·         Work Location: 1458 7 Avenue, Prince George, BC V2L 3P2

Job Duties:

·         Direct and refine policies and procedures for reservations and bookings

·         Oversee budget, monitoring revenues and controlling expenses tied to reservations operations

·         Coordinate room rates, packages, and promotional strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue

·         Manage supplier negotiations to secure required resources and services

·         Hire, train, and schedule reservations staff, ensuring smooth handling of guest bookings

·         Coordinate with clients to arrange facility use for events such as conferences, banquets, and receptions

·         Address issues or concerns related to reservations and booking processes

Job Requirements:

·         Experience: 2-3 years of related experience in in the accommodation industry is required

·         Education: Completion of secondary school is required

·         Language: English
